If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you believe there is a quality or labelling issue, we ask that you contact us at support@purevial.shop as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of receipt — with your order number and a photo of the issue. Earlier contact helps us resolve things faster, but contacting us later does not affect your consumer guarantee rights under the ACL. We will assess and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
