Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders ship within 24 hours from payment, including weekends where possible.

Standard Shipping — Free

Standard shipping is free on every order, Australia-wide, via Australia Post (estimated 2 to 6 business days).

Express Upgrade — +$16

Need it faster? Upgrade to Australia Post Express at checkout for a flat $16 AUD on top of your order (estimated 1 to 3 business days). The express upgrade applies regardless of order value.

Packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging. No product branding is visible on the outside of the parcel.

Tracking

All orders include tracking via Australia Post. Your tracking number will be emailed when your order is dispatched.

Signature on Delivery

Parcels are sent with signature on delivery where Australia Post supports it. If you are not present, Australia Post will leave a card to arrange redelivery or pickup at your nearest post office. Pure Vial does not authorise “safe drop” — you are responsible for collecting the parcel within the redelivery window.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Pure Vial is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@purevial.shop as soon as possible after the expected delivery date and we will assist where possible. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

GST

Pure Vial is not currently registered for GST. Prices and shipping fees are quoted in Australian dollars; GST is not applicable.

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia only.
