1. About Us

This website is operated by Pure Vial, trading from Victoria, Australia. ABN: 71 698 744 268. Contact: support@purevial.shop. In these Terms, “Pure Vial”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that trading entity, and “you” refers to the person placing an order.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

3. Laboratory Use Only

All products sold by Pure Vial are laboratory-grade preparations supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical and industrial use only. They are not supplied for, and are not represented by Pure Vial as having, any therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, clinical, veterinary or cosmetic purpose. They are not a medicine, medical device or therapeutic good, are not entered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), and have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

By purchasing, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are purchasing for lawful laboratory, analytical or industrial use
You have the legal authority to purchase and possess the product in your jurisdiction
You will not administer, ingest, inhale, inject or otherwise use the product on any human or animal — it is not for parenteral use and not for therapeutic or medical applications
You will not on-sell, supply or otherwise distribute the product for therapeutic, medical, veterinary or personal use
You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and workplace health and safety requirements

4. No Medical Advice

Pure Vial does not provide medical advice, dosage recommendations, reconstitution instructions, administration guidance or therapeutic guidance of any kind. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical, pharmaceutical or professional health advice. If you require health advice, consult a registered healthcare professional.

5. Buyer Responsibility

The buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for: ensuring the product is legal to purchase and possess in their jurisdiction; correct storage, handling and use of the product; any consequences arising from misuse, incorrect handling or unlawful use; and compliance with all applicable workplace health and safety laws. To the extent permitted by law, Pure Vial accepts no liability for any loss, injury, illness, damage or legal consequence arising from the buyer’s use or misuse of any product.

6. Orders, Pricing and Payment

Orders are accepted via our website only. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Pure Vial reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect the order is not for legitimate research use. We do not accept orders from individuals under 18 years of age.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Pure Vial is not currently registered for GST; GST is not applicable and no tax invoice will be issued.

7. Dispatch and Delivery

Pure Vial ships orders within 24 hours from payment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Pure Vial is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of liquid research chemicals and safety regulations, Pure Vial does not accept returns of liquid products once dispatched on a change-of-mind basis. This does not exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including your rights to a remedy where goods are not of acceptable quality, do not match their description, or are unsafe.

To help us resolve a quality or delivery issue quickly, we prefer that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and a photo. Contacting us after this window does not affect any consumer guarantee rights you have under the ACL.

9. Product Quality

All products are batch tested at the time of production. Pure Vial does not warrant sterility following customer receipt, improper storage, or use after extended storage by the buyer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Vial’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the supply of a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product. Pure Vial is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot be excluded under the ACL or any other applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

Pure Vial is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations to the extent caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, acts of government, strikes, courier failures, or supply chain disruption.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Notices

Any notice from you to us must be sent to support@purevial.shop. Notices from us to you will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Notices are deemed received 24 hours after sending, provided no delivery failure notification is received.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

15. Changes to Terms

Pure Vial may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version is always posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We will notify customers of any material change by email or by a prominent notice on the website before the change takes effect. Continued use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
